Shipping
The delivery time varies depending on your country:
- Netherlands: 2-3 business days.
- E.U. countries: 3-8 business days.
- Rest of the world: 8-14 business days.
Deliveries are completely free fro al EU Countries. We take care of the shipping costs, and no additional fees will be added. For worldwide deliveries, we charge 29 euros .
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email for us with a tracking link to follow your parcel. .
If your order has not yet been shipped yet, you can send an email to info@poufspillows.com with the new delivery address.

Returns
If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 working days. Products can be returned via the following steps. Contact us via e-mail with your order number. Place the item(s) and the package form in the original shipping package. Send the package to:

Return costs are Free for EU countries, and at the customer’s expense for the rest of the countries
You have 14 days to exchange the items purchased on our site from the day you receive them. The shipping costs for any replacement products will be at our expense.
Once we have received your returned item, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail. It is possible that the package has arrived and you have not yet received a confirmation. Do not worry, it can take up to 24 hours before we process your return. When exchanging the product you will receive a track & trace number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip.
